PC Steam TF2 - Stuck on Contacting Respawn servers

Hello,

I reached out to chat support and after a few hours, I was told to submit a bug report, i assume the link they gave meant they wanted me to post here, as the link provided to me brought me back to how i reached them.

I am unable to play multiplayer, regardless of steps taken. TF2 does not connect to a data center, nor does it contact respawn servers.

If i disconnect the internet completely, i do get a prompt for origin offline.

Setup: Desktop PC, wired Ethernet connection, 1000/940 D/L fibre connection. RTX 2080super, i7-11700k

Steps taken(tested connection after every relevant step):

Restarted pc

• reinstalled TF2
• Ran steam, origin as admin, ran titanfall2.exe as admin
• disabled all network adapters within device manager, including hidden
• Ran the ultima online server thing, I dont want to upload without confirmation as to whether any info there should be blurred.
• stopped all non-windows services, and all start up items.
• disabled ingame overlay for steam and origin.
• Checked call of duty Cold War for NAT type, shows Open.
• Tried both cloudflare DNS as well as default from ISP.
• Set my PC to advanced DMZ, so above any router firewalls.
• PC firewall is disabled.
• No antivirus running
• Tried opening and connecting to server, then disabling ethernet driver, waiting 20 seconds, then reenabling.(result: goes from infinite connecting to origin offline, back to infinite connecting)
• verified TF2 files

I feel like i probably did more steps, but after 3 hours with chat, I honestly forgot
