(PC titanfall 2) cant connect to multiplayer. is server down?

i preodered mine and played right after release. mutilplayer worked when i first launched titanfall 2. but after playing singleplayer, i cant connect to multiplayer. from the main menu multiplayer...

I've never been able to do anything with multiplayer. I am in the process of reinstalling but its obviously super slow today. We'll see if disabling the none functioning network adapters work. yet I'm not holding my breath.
