(PC titanfall 2) cant connect to multiplayer. is server down?

i preodered mine and played right after release. mutilplayer worked when i first launched titanfall 2. but after playing singleplayer, i cant connect to multiplayer. from the main menu multiplayer...

I had this issue and it was fixes by disabling all other Internet options under the network connections in the controller panel other than the one you are using.
This worked for me hope this helps.
