I did see a person encountering a similar issue during the Beta. Their reported fix was to so the following:
Step 1. Goto your Titanfall folder > _Installer > directx > redist. Remove all .cab files (delete them) while leaving the .dll and .exe files
Step 2. Copy your directx folder and place it in the __Installer folder (Or the main game directory).
Step 3. Install through Origin (If this doesn't work the first time repeat it at least 3 more times)

Right click on the game in Origin and choose Repair Game. This will check for missing or corrupt files. Once complete the CAB files should be present and uncorrupted, allowing the DirectX install to complete.

Honestly, I'm baffled by step 2 after step 1. I deleted all cab files. And retried many times. It refuses to install. I have no idea where I'm copying this other directx folder from.

I have tried basically all the tips on how to fix this issue and it still doesnt work. I deleted all the files and re-installed but this didnt work, I tried repairing the files, i deleted the cab files then repaired but all of it still ends in the same result. I am frustrated and need help. I have windows 8.1, core i7, 12gb RAm. If anyone can help me i would be very appretiative
