Community ManagerRight click on the game in Origin and choose Repair Game. This will check for missing or corrupt files. Once complete the CAB files should be present and uncorrupted, allowing the DirectX install to complete.

this didn't work. I tried it twice.
\Titanfall\__Installer\directx\redist
goto that folder and delete all the cab files, seems to have worked for me.
