Persistent mid-game crash - "materialsystems dx11" issue?

Might have found a fix! 

i looked at my windows update and in the optional updates was this

This article describes a platform update for Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. This update improves the range and performance of the following graphics and imaging components:
 
  • Direct2D
  • DirectWrite
  • Direct3D
  • Windows Imaging Component (WIC)
  • Windows Advanced Rasterization Platform (WARP)
  • Windows Animation Manager (WAM)
  • XPS Document API
  • H.264 Video Decoder
  • JPEG XR codec

installed it, restarted my pc, 

played 2-3 games without any crash... 

might be the fix!

        ah ok,  might not be the fix then.. ill keep looking..

        i might try to play more than 3 games and see if it will crash ...

        maybe it will work for other people
