There are just 2 language options at the language preferences tab. Polish and Russian. I want to download the game (Titanfall 2) in English. Why I don't have an option???????

I have never in my life been to Poland or Russia, and from the moment of my account creation I've been exlusively using it in Ukraine.
But the only two languages available for me are Polish and Russian.
Is EA forsing Russian language on Ukrainian users, deliberately blocking English?
I've recently installed the game again and was unable to change the language from Russian/Polish to English. All my progression is locked in this account.
Why doesn't EA allow me to change the language settings?
Is there a substitute?
