Pilot Gx Slower than a non Regen
I'm Pilot Regeneration X and I noticed that I became slower and less lethal than a new pilot without regenerations. I know this because I started a new game with a different profile and my pilot is way faster, I get way more kills than my Gx pilot. I'm supposed to be faster and stronger but I became total opposite ☹️
Why is this?
@D6622054 Regenerating doesn't offer any gameplay benefits, quite the opposite actually. You'll be weaker for a while until you get all of your equipment again. Anything you unlock with credits persists through regenerations. Weapon and Titan addon/equipment unlocks aren't lost, but the configuration for your guns/Titans is reset, so you may need to re-do these.
Other than the reset you're no weaker than beforehand, you just have fewer options. After a few regens you'll have your favourite loadout purchased so you won't break stride post-regen.
The only benefit to regenning is cosmetics and further progression. Intimidate other players with your mighty Gx badge, or blind them with some of the, uh, vibrant pilot skins from the middle generations.
