Pilot Regeneration Double XP Stops
After pilot regeneration, the bonus xp that we are supposed to receive as a result of that regeneration (to help you level up again, but faster as you progress) stops being applied. I have noticed it both in g2 and g3 pilots thus far. Seems to stop being applied after about pilot level 5 or 6, but could also simply be after you shut down your gaming system for the evening (xbox one in my case). Cannot tell which is the proximate cause, but has happened in both g2 and g3 - suspect it happens in all generations.
@housleyofpain Hi, you've posted in the Titanfall 2 boards, which doesn't have increased XP gain upon regeneration.
For the first few levels in a new generation, you just need to earn less XP per level, but this quickly reaches a flat levelling rate. Could this be what you're referring to?
There was a recent timed double XP event which has now finished, perhaps this was a factor in you gaining extra XP too.
On the other hand, was this question for Titanfall 1? This uses an accelerating XP rate, you get 110% at Gen 2, 120% at Gen 3, and larger increases as you progress.
