I've contacted Respawn's community manager in the hope he can pass this along. I guess the only way for them to act is if people manage to make some noise.
Next step I think is trying to get big websites to write something about it.
I had a 3hr live stream last night with that same hacker. I've caught him on other servers around the world crashing them too. https://youtu.be/Kc4HSb9x0Y0. Tried to play for over 3hrs and not a single full game.
Thanks for the video Minion. I was able to play 2 games this morning before the hacker crashed the server.
No matter what proof we provide to EA it seems nobody wants or can help. So sad.

From time to time, it has become increasingly evident that many of the fraudsters we have ever made reports can be linked to 3-4 people. The name changes were made to them by EA and made possible for everyone, so it was not easy to identify them at first. Now we are going to give support to fraudsters and hackers in the interest of EA, not to the thousands of people who once paid a lot of money for this game. In fact, it would be a good solution for our community to redirect this whole story to a large number of people, and to claim damages in the neck of EA, Respawn, Oringin to cover the market forever. I think all the other attempts will not be successful.
