Profile not permitted to play online on titan fall 2

Hey I just started titanfall2 but I can play offline there is an error message which displayed that my profile is not permitted to play offline and multiplayer mode is locked I checked my internet and it's working fine even my Xbox live has not expired yet.plz help me with my problem

@mimi3tn Can you check your account to see if you have it set as a child account or any restrictions placed on it.

I can play all my other games on multiplayer but still how can I check for the child mode

@mimi3tnYou will find the option in settings under Manage Account.

Hey I checked, my child mode is off and I still can't play multiplayer. What should I do?

@mimi3tn The best thing to do is speak with Microsoft and see if they can see any issues with your account.
