PS4 Titanfall 2 ports for forwarding

I keep getting an "Out of sync with server" error and booted from games. What are the ports for Titanfall 2 on PS4 so I can try forwarding them?

Those ports are for Titanfall on the Xbox and PC. There is nothing for Titanfall 2 or PS4
