This is an odd issue, since PlayStation 4 disk and highly durable. Can you check the disk in one of your retailer consoles? If you still need to get in touch with EA Advisor, you can use this direct phone number +44203 014 1818.

Thanks for responding. I thought of doing that when I returned the second disc and asked the clerk at GameStop if they had tried the first one I turned in and he just stared at me blankly as if I had asked what he thought of transcendentalism. He either didn't care or honestly didn't know what happened to the first one so I left it at that. I ended up buying another game, but if I do try it again I will test it on another system. All of you other titles I have work just fine, as well as the other games, so I'm at a loss. Thanks for your help. If you do hear of other circumstances please post.
