Purchased items are not added to the account DLC

I purchased the 8-Bit LG 97 Thunderbolt for Titanfall 2, but it didn't add it to my account as DLC

Thanks for the additional information! when you have a moment can we try the following steps first?

Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.

Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

I have tried all the methods you provided, but still can't restore, I can provide the order number, so you can resend a copy of the 8-Bit LG-97 Thunderbolt DLC to my account?

To confirm we are unable to make account or order changes here on the community forums. If the issue is with the order not granting the DLC you will want to reach out to our support to take a look.

Go to the EA Help homepage.

Select Titan Fall 2

Select the "See all help topics"

Select the option I'm looking for something I bought

You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
