Quad speakers (4.0 surround) loud engine humming in Scorch and Legion

Using a Creative X-Fi Titanium PCI-E card with latest drivers in quad speaker mode. In-game also set to 4.0. (Doesn't happen in 2.0, 5.1, and 7.1 mode)   It only happens in when in or spectatin...

Scroll down to see the large thread regarding the sound bug making the game unplayable.  I'm having the same issue but EA has yet to provide a solution to the problem.

Doesn't seem like the same problem though. Game is working as it should for me as long as I don't play in quad. And only the two titans are affected. Issue stops as soon as I stop being in the titan.

    Absolutelly same issue on my side! Now is 2021! Any fixes?
