@DeadEcho82 Not sure which platform you're playing on, but I've noticed the same thing playing on PS4. While my initial reaction when the 2500 pings dropped to near normal and multiplayer was accessible was pure joy, it is a nuisance that you get dropped from the multiplayer lobby every so often and that these minor ping spikes keep sogging up matches. Worst yet was last night where I got killed in a sketchy way by a Tone and when I saw the kill cam I was apparently standing wide open and dead still in a window from that players point of view - on my end I was running, gliding and wall-jumping like a seasoned maniac. Just moments earlier I had my Scorch messed up by two titans, one of which was a Northstar that just stood and stared into the sky long after my ejection and it didn't even flinch when I threw a Firestar at it and sank it with the anti-titan grenade launcher. Pretty sure that player had the same kind of wtf moment at that point.
