it is EA....they didnt put enough server and gonna say "We didnt expect this much people".........Again
And Euro/ USA are using VPN to get into other region

They've got as many servers as they need. MS are providing servers on the Azure platofrm which will scale to as many servers as is needed. I really doubt that this is a capacity problem.
