Have you solved it yet?  I started running into this same issue and have done extensive testing as well.  I'm too exhausted working on this issue to actually list everything under the sun that I've done, but it's terrible and I need someone to help.

I don't solved it, because I don't received help,  this EA games can't travel... they don't want place here a reply...support don't know how to solve this problem...  I don't play this game...
