Hi @w1yokb4pw0qq To check where was the code purchased from?
If you check your EA Account Portal, do you see the purchase under your order history?
Cheers!
I bought it from some guy on the internet. Just to be clear code actually worked and if I try to use this code once more it says that it was already used.
I couldn't find it under purchase history, but surprisingly I could find it on this site https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
And it has a sign "my game" on titanfall 2

To confirm if you purchased the code from someone online, you will need to reach out to them for further assistance with the code.
Our support can only verify and assist with orders done through the EA app (formerly Origin) and ea.com, purchases on other platforms will require you to speak with your retailer (in this case whoever you purchased it from).

What if I purchase from unauthorized digital retailers?
Buying EA digital games from unauthorized sellers comes with a few risks. The following information can help keep you and your account protected. Our games are sold at various online and in-store retailers across the world, but sometimes these retailers aren't all they seem to be.
Each purchase made from an unauthorized retailer carries risk. Make sure to keep your account and personal information safe.
- At best, you might get the wrong product or language version of a game you buy.
- At worst, unauthorized websites may be phishing for your EA Account or payment info. This can result in losing access to your account or fraudulent activity with your payment details.
- It’s also possible that unauthorized retailers will sell you a fake, used, or stolen CD key or Product Code.
- Additionally, any illegally obtained games and Product Codes will be disabled by us. That means you won’t be able to play your game or redeem your virtual currencies.
- EA Advisors won't be able to help you with games you bought from unauthorized retailers or illegally.
How do I know if I can trust a retailer?
Check out the game you want to buy at several different stores and compare the prices. If an offer seems too good to be true, then it usually is. Unauthorized retailers often offer games at much cheaper prices than you’ll see on trusted retailer sites, like the ones listed above. We want you to have the best experience, but we can’t help with purchases made through an unauthorized digital retailer.
If you purchase EA digital products from an unauthorized party and the CD key or product code is disabled, we won’t be able to help you.
But the code worked! The game is on account! The only problem is that its not showing in EA app

To confirm even if the code is accepted there may be an issue with the code, like it not being legitimate or other issues that may result in you not having access to the game or losing access to the game.
Since we are not able to verify the order, as it was not made on our platform, you need to speak with your retailer about this for further assistance.
Thanks!
Okay, it actually doesn't make sense to me but if you say so, than I'll write the seller. What information should I get from him?
