You need to run a Clean Boot diagnostic test, then.  I just looked that tutorial up earlier today.  You need the link?  I just got it off Google.

followed the instructions..disabled half, restart, disabled other half, restart

it started to work with both halfs...went back to normal start up, titanfall is working ok

I could not find the problem software or driver

right now its working, What i'm afraid is that tomorrow when i turn on my computer..it will go back to having problems and I dont know whats causing it

I'm going to take a stab that the card is set just slightly too fast for the core to react to the mouse signals and the videa signals at the same time.  See what happens with the speeds dialed downward somewhat. 

but would that cause many other programs to do the same stuttering?

this only happanes with titanfall
