I suggest you try these simple steps, for some this has solved similar issues.
Do a repair install of the game in Origin, In origin right click your game and from drop down choose Repair Game.

I did the repair, but still no changes.😕mileysad:
Today I uninstalled and and installed the game again, still no change, whhen I close the game, everything reverts to default.
Please I need help.
Ok. At least I found it. The problem is that my settings files are not created in my documents. I changed the my documnents path way, now at last the folder is created with settings and it is solved.
