Re: No good titan to counter Ronin

There's no doubt that a good Ronin is tricky, but he's far from unbeatable.

It's worth bearing in mind that Ronin has his own niche where he's effective, and if you force him to engage on your terms then you'll often be able to take him down. You don't want him close and mobile, that's where he shines. 

The typical Titan for this would be Scorch. If Scorch plays right, Ronin will need to wade through some serious heat in order to do any real damage, and even if he's in your face you can push back with heatshield to burn him down fast. 

It's also worth bearing in mind his very low health when he's not blocking, and a cheeky poke whenever you catch him at range can be enough to tilt a future encounter in your favour. 

You want to be winning the fight against Ronin before he gets within melee range, and if Ronin is in your face the wise move may be to cut your losses and run to your team buddies.
