Re: PC - Titanfall 2 won't launch from EA App

Hi @Hazdawg111, To confirm did you purchase Titanfall 2 from EA app (Origin) or from another PC client?

  • Hi there, I purchased the game when it launched on Origin. For a bit more info, this problem is occuring on both my desktop and my laptop and I don't think I've played the game since Origin was still usable.

Hey is there a solution to this? I'm encountering the same issues, although I got the game on origin in 2019. Please help.

    HI @LemHaywire @Hazdawg111

Apologies for the delay, Can we try the following steps on the EA App?

If this continues we might need to reach out to our support to take a look at your EA accounts. Barring any exceptions (like a refund, technical issue, etc) the games from Origin should be available on the EA App.

    Cheers!

Hi @Hazdawg111, To confirm have you been able to reach out to our support to take a look at your account?

  • Hi @EA_Illium,

I contacted support (EA help) before posting on here and they suggested all the steps that your previous message suggested. They ended up saying I should report it as a bug which I thought was what I was doing here - their link for bug reporting just sent me to the home of EA help. Please let me know what else I can do.

  • I  have this exact same issue and nothing that EA support has suggested has worked. Apparently its a syncing issue which means that there doesn't seem to be anything we can do except hope they fix it since there inst anything wrong on our end.

  • Hi @EA_Illium, is there any update on this issue? I thought I had responded here but it now looks like I somehow responded in a different thread. either way I have tried multiple drives and both my desktop and laptop so I don't see how it could be hadware based.
