The next thing I'd try would be running the game's .exe as an administrator.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Titanfall2, right-click the Titanfall2.exe and choose to Run as Administrator. Please let us know if this changes anything.
@EA_David Hey, thanks for replying. Here's a text file with my dxdiag. I tried running Titanfall2.exe as an admin in the game directory, but nothing had changed. Any other ideas?

Your RAM is 2GBs too small, for one thing. Your graphics driver is somewhat "old", and you need to be certain to set none of the graphics to anything but the very lowest settings, with that bare-minimum GPU
