Hi, yes this is for the campaign. I am playing on PC, got the game from steam and after the problem occurred I Verified the game files if there was any problems but all the game files are fine.

Hey @KoniTeroni
I wonder if something may be blocking the save file from being created or written to. Does this happen every time? (ei. you start the campaign, close the game, and relaunch with no save)
If so, can we try the following?
- Close other running applications on your device
- Try running the client and game as an admin
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

- @EA_Illium I have about 4 hours in the campaign, I played it on 3 separate occasions and my progress saved perfectly fine. however now I'm suddenly at the part where lastimosa says "we're pulling you out" (directly after the tutorial)
