Just tell me a correct ports number.

    because..

    TCP/HTTP: 443; 25000-25099; 30000 – 30099

    UDP: 8125; 25000-25099; 30000 – 3009

    Can't add to ports.

this ports form battlefield 3 can add and no problem.

    TCP: 80, 443, 9988, 20000-20100, 22990, 17502, 42127
    UDP: 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300

    Please help

If you are doing it in wondows 8 and following the directions to add to firewall they have the syntax wrong.

    Try this,

    TCP/HTTP: 443, 25000-25099, 30000-30099

    UDP: 8125, 25000-25099, 30000-3009

They stuffed up the hyphens and ; is to be replaced by commas, Didnt fix the loading on space ship screen for me though.

Yeah as 4runner said, EA have actually screwed up the information on their "HELP" page. The hyphens are meant to be minus signs and the ; are meant to be ,

Took me a while to figure out when I had this problem too. It didn't fix my spaceship loading screen problem either though... so yeah. Great job EA

I had the same issue.  For some reason the hyphen between 30000 and 30099 wasn't registering.  I deleted it and retyped it and it worked perfectly.  That being said, it made absolutely no difference to the connection issue, so I'm not really sure it's worth it.
