Hey listen because nobody's gonna help you here my multiplayers been locked for almost 2 weeks now. Long story short is their launcher for whatever reason doesnt register something right if you own the game via another platform like Steam or Epic. The only proper fix ive found so far to unlock multiplayer is by buying the game on EA too. I tried dozens of fixes on reddit etc. EA support and so on. Even though plenty of people complained about this for the past 4-5 years the support claims theyve never heard of this issue before. So id suggest to you to either refund this game or decide to spend more money by buying it on EA too or youll just end up stuck wtih a game you can't play like me

    Hey mate thank you for the honest response. 

    Thankfully I can get a refund via Epic and just buy through EA. It is a bit frustrating considering it was purchased on sale. 

    if it was just for the story then I’d be fine but obviously not having access to multiplayer is a bit of a deal breaker.
