when you have a moment, can we try the following steps?

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
Connection and Advance Connection Guides
Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Thank you for your reply.
I have tried everything you suggest - no change. Same error. It seems like something is wrong with the game, not a PC or graphics card issue.
I'm at the point during 'The Ark' where the mission is to 'Hack into Malt's Bridge Control'. I walk up the stairs to the console 'Press Enter to Use' and that's where the error pops up. Every time. Same place as soon as I hit Enter.

Thanks for the update, can we try loading into the mission from the mission select menu versus continue game and check if this continues?
