The error is in Dutch so I translated it for you.

I ran the sequence for the DxDiag, but at step 3 I didn't get a button to run the 64-bit DxDiag.

I'm sure that my pc has an 64-bit system, apparently Origin is installed as a 32-bit.

Repairing Titanfall didn't work, I 'm trying to reinstall Origin as 64-bit.

    Hello @P_Simht

Have you tried to Repair the game in Origin, as @IIPrest0nII suggested? Also uninstalling both games and reinstalling Titanfall 2 only might solve this. Keep us posted on your progress.

    Cheers,

    Archi

    @EA_Archi

I tried to repair Titanfall like you both suggested, but that didn't work.

Also when I reinstalled Origin the error came back.

But I think I found the problem / solution. The error only appears when I change between games.

As an example: I played world of tanks (or other game) for a while, when I log out and want to play Titanfall, the error appears. (after a while I can start Titanfall without any problems)

When I directly start Titanfall no error appears.

I don't actually know how to uninstall Titanfall in Origin.

I guess unistalling both games could solve the problem.

On the other hand I guess you understand that I still want to be able to play both games.

Hello @P_Simht and thank you for this additional information.

I am wondering now, if this is a GPU or network related issue. Can you try to load your system, using Clean Boot and try to test both games again?  Keep us posted.

    Cheers,

    Archi

    @EA_Archi

I tried to start my pc with the Clean Boot.

    I still have the problem.

I don't know what I can do now, maybe I could return it to the store for a check-up of the GPU?

  • I tried to solve the problem by unistalling the other game and repairing Titanfall.

Still no solution for the error

How can I uninstall and reinstall Titanfall in Origin?

    Hello @P_Simht

To uninstall the game, right-click on its icon in Origin Library and select uninstall from the drop-down menu.

    Cheers,

    Archi

Found the way to uninstall, I just looked at the wrong spot.

Titanfall is fully reinstalled, however the error still appears.

I'm going to contact the store to see if they can help me.

I'll keep you up to date.

  • Hello guys

It's been a while since I updated this topic.

I started to get more problems of the same kind, in Titanfall and other games.

I went to the store to fix it and there they came with a solution.

The problem apparently doesn't lay with the GPU, but with a software problem.

They had to reinstall all the software (including Windows 10).

All my games are now reinstalled and everything runs smoothly.

    Thanks for the help guys.
