It is a fresh install of Windows. There is nothing wrong with my PC. If you actually read my post you'd see that I also do not have an AMD GPU. I don't have a virus and my PC is completely fine. There is no reason the game shouldn't run but what do you know..... it doesn't.

There aren't any drivers for my CPU and the one you linked was a GPU Driver so I assumed, like anyone would, that you were talking about an AMD GPU.......
I've been talking to their support but was told it was moved to the "specialist team" and haven't had any contact with them for a week.
if "Autodetect tool" not show suitable chipset drivers u should use "Manually Select Your Driver" section or download it from motherboard manufacture ofsite.
They will necessarily contact with you (i.e. by e-mail), just wait.
For now u can also try to unplug any additional display/monitor, and set option "Multi-display/Mixed-GPU Acceleration" in nvidia driver to "Single Display Performance Mode", also u can try to change "Power Management Mode" in a ur game profile in video driver settings.
