You should be able to, as long as one copy hasn't been cancelled. However I fear that perhaps the 2nd copy will be caught by the system and auto-refunded, which would leave you in a situation where you might refund your working copy.

Just to be sure on this, your best way forward is to contact support. They can look on your account and make sure that you're able to continue playing, while one of the copies is refunded.
