Same problem here. I've been playing this game since the launch, got to level 43 and now for some reason I can't play with that profile because it "failed to read profile". My experience with EA on other games has been horrible to say say the least. They don't have a fix, nor do they care to do anything for your lost game data or time you spent building your game stats. All you can do is start over. EA has the worst support team I've ever seen in any type of business.
