I can understand that connection issues are annoying but we are not a board for complaints. Please keep in mind that we will need as much detailed information as possible in order to investigate your issue. At the moment, we know only that you have connection issues and that you have tried "all" or "various" troubleshooting steps. As I don't want to post just a list of connection troubleshooting you might have tried already, could you please provide us some more specific details?
Furthermore, please post information about your internet connection, internet hardware and ISP.
