Rebuying Game On PS5

If I bought this game on Origin on my PC, do I have to rebuy it on a PS5? I want to know this before I buy a PS5 because I don't want to buy it again. I am fine if it doesn't save my progress, I just want to know if it works.

    If you are not using any of our subscription services, generally games need to be purchased separately for each platform.
