Red Baron is not available for my titan fall 2

Red Baron war paint is not on my titan fall 2 customization. I own battlefield 1. And on the same system, but there's no Red Baron paint.

I am having the same issue, I bought Battlefield 1 collectors edition with the statue and Titanfall 2 collectors with the pilots helmet and I have logged into both games and played and I have checked my Comms but still no Red Baron Skin - not happy as have spent £400 on 2 games and I don't get the freebie :-(
