Hi Tom,
Not sure if it is anything that you managed to do or not but after logging the call I went back into TitanFall 2 and hey presto the Red Baron skin just appeared. So confusing but many thanks if you did mange to sort it out, not sure why my Tiatanfall 2 is not listed on my same account ??? they should all be registered under the same account, it is the only one I have ever had with EA and all my Titanfalls (1 and 2) and Battlefields (all of them) from Xbox360 and Xbox one should be listed under that account.
It was listed with the Titanfall 1 game box so that is why I missed it - sorry!
I didn't do anything else so perhaps there is a delay in-game as to when the content becomes available
I found some more information for you:
If you pre-ordered, got the Deluxe edition, or won items from a promotion, you can find your items in the in-game inbox.
- Launch MULTIPLAYER.
- Select COMMS to view your inbox.
- Select READ MESSAGE to see your rewards.
- Click Done With Message to accept the rewards.

No worries all good - it is funny that the Red Baron didn't show up under Comms at all it just appeared in the skins menu in the end - oh well alls good :-)

I was just informed that it appears that there actually was a temporary issue where it didn't show up for players. This should however now be resolved.

I tried dozens of different attempts to fix....
So; it looks like they thieved our content.
I have tried many many times to ask ORIGIN about the issue on the REPORTING AN ERROR, under different headings, but every single time they deliberately Block my complaint. Even again just now, telling me "You are OFFLINE".Darn LIARS?
So, all I can think is that;-
ORIGIN ARE THIEVES
Unless any of you can complain, & get a response?
