If you have passed 7 days limit and you passed "within first 24 hours of the games first launch" limit, you can not request a refund.
Read the Origin Great Game Guarantee Policy to see if you are eligible for a refund: https://www.origin.com/en-ca/great-game-guarantee-terms If you passed the time it can be refunded you can try to contact support to request a refund but chances are you can't after the specified times.
