hey i ordered titanfall 2 on friday but after trying to play the game(both campaign and multiplayer),i am unhappy about it as well it lags heavily on my pc,i literally saw today that ea makes refund for its games.i saw on the titanfall 2 forums that people are asking for refund for titanfall 2 ,could i get a refund for my game

You can request a refund from here on the EA Help site. From there you’ll be able to see if your games are eligible for the Great Game Guarantee. If you have games that qualify for a refund, you can complete and submit the refund request form.
You can also check the status of your refund request from your Order History on the order summary page.
If your refund doesn’t appear in My Cases, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us so we can help you out.
