Spotting a "Lag Hack" cheater in Titanfall, seen a lot of them lately.

 First thing I do is check the leaderboard after the match starts, find the players with pings over 150. Almost every time, these are the players with the highest kill count unless there are several G10's in the field. I don't know what  method they're using, all I know is it involves some kind of lag hack. Currently I'm a G9L50 with a 35-60 ping (wired connection) on average, running a 4.7GHz CPU and 120-144FPS and I'm getting smoked by G1's+ with pings as high as 300+.  Doesn't matter if I put two headshots(Hemlock), at point blank range, into them first. Some times I'll fire and nothing happens until a second or two later, by then I'm dead. It doesn't seem to be as much a problem shooting them from behind or a flank position, but still takes a shot or two more than it does with a player with a similar ping as me.  Same thing in a Titan shootout, I'm doomed in two seconds after going at it face to face.  I know there are good players out there with more gaming experience than me, but something isn't right and the one thing they have in common is a ridiculously high ping and no lag.
