SRS Banner not unlocked.

I've been trying to unlock the Fire|SRS banner, which according to many players is achieved by completing the Campaign on the Master Difficulty. However, I have completed the entire campaign, with the maps having a small icon saying I completed them in Master mode. Then I check my banners, and it's not there. I was going to try and go for the Gold|SRS banner as well, but seeing as it might not work, it might be a waste of time. I've tried Restarting the game, my computer, and closing EA play and restarting that as well. Nothing seems to work, so now I'm stuck with only the normal SRS banner. 

Notes:
I completed the Campaign only 1 time in Master. I switched to this difficulty in the training mission "The Pilot's Gaunlet", and went on to complete the whole game in one sitting.
I am playing the game with Xbox Gamepass through EA Play.
I am on PC.
I have the regular SRS banner unlocked, meaning that it registered me completing the game in any mode, but I completed it in Master.
