(Steam) Titanfall 2 Failed to launch error on EA desktop

I have contacted support several times and at the end they told me to post this here. Whenever I try to launch Titanfall 2 on steam, EA desktop comes up with an error stating: "Failed to launch game. An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." See the image attached. I have followed another forum recommended by support and all solutions there have still not worked. I have: Reinstalled both Titanfall 2 and EA desktop, run a safe start, changed compatibility, sent a DXDIAG, run Titanfall 2 as admin, and more. I really want to play this game again, especially since the DDos issues have been resolved.
