I refunded the game just a day before, and now I am buying it again but it just tells me it is downloaded for another user. Is yours the same issue?
I just got the game yesterday and I’m also having that “game downloaded by another user” issue, as is someone else who made a post yesterday. I haven’t seen many other people talk about it though, what platform are you on?
me too!, after it says that the game was downloaded by another user and it doesnt le me play, i downloaded this game on steam
I have tried both Origin and EA luncher, non of them worked. It also happened to other EA games I bought on steam that I have not refunded before.
- @RainNB08 I didn't refund it yet. But for my case didn't meet with any installation or download problems. Mine is just keep looping on EAapp everytime I press the play button and game doesn't launch.
Things you can try:
Use Origin instead
redownload EA luncher
buy the game on EA luncher
go directly to EA headquater
