I refunded the game just a day before, and now I am buying it again but it just tells me it is downloaded for another user. Is yours the same issue?
@RainNB08 I didn't refund it yet. But for my case didn't meet with any installation or download problems. Mine is just keep looping on EAapp everytime I press the play button and game doesn't launch.
Things you can try:
Use Origin instead
redownload EA luncher
buy the game on EA luncher
go directly to EA headquater
