TF2 - General status of MP (PS4)

Hi, all!

I recently got into the choice of renewing or not renewing my PS+ subscription plan, and I'm leaning towards the latter. I don't play that many multiplayer games right now and the one that I would actually really like to get back to has been unavailable for quite some time now. Have you guys experienced any significant changes to the servers that allow for actual gameplay? On which platforms (assuming you're not on PS)? Stable enough to warrant renewing PS+ or is that money, if put in to be able to play Titanfall 2, wasted?
