You are wrong. You "sent" yourself. These are two entirely separate websites. You are the one to choose to loop around instead of to stay on that Help Center site.
In the sidebar of the top level page here, you can find a sort of tutorial link telling you how to reach a Game Adviser. Use that to improve your website navigation.
