the problem with starting the game Titanfall 2

Problem launching Titanfall 2. Yesterday I bought the game, installed it today, played for 1 hour, then there was a problem with activating this game and now I can’t play. Clearing the cache only helped once, it didn't help anymore. I bought the game from Epic Games and linked it to EA
