Titan fall Error code 503

Im trying to play TitanFall and I keep getting an error code 503 and sometimes 400.  it says failed to read profile.  It was working fine an hour ago. now not so much.

EA, you are as good as Valve when it comes to no info about a problem.

    Can someone point me in the right direction as to how to get my money back? Seriously I didn't pay to not play. Very frustrated. please a link.

      I got to play the training... and then went to the "washroom" and got timed out.... then not been able to connect since.
