i doubt, coz it was sealed pack. i already mailed them. Is there anything else i can do(say suppose it's not used key).

Retail firms of all sizes have had sealing machines for decades now, that is no measure of newness any more. Even small operators doing business on eBay have the equipment now. Be that as it may, this website is Answers HQ, separate from EA Help, where official support is located. Only Game Advisers have codes.
