Titan Fall xbox one level one glitch

today i went on my xbox one to play titanfall and when i got it seemed that my character got reseted anyone else experiencing this? i need help fast

I got this too, however, I got disconnected from the servers and as I went back into the private lobby menu it said I was level 1! Please I need help, EA.

Literally just happened to me, after I Prestiged last night and was already back up to level 37. Now I magically have no play time logged in and nothing to show for my probably 30 + hours played. I don't even want to play the game right now I'm that upset.

Everything worked fine for me. Played a few matches today and nothing out of the ordinary. Logged back in and level was reset to one. I was a 44.
