titan won't change weapons

I can't change my titans  weapons or the titan it self eventhough everything is unlocked and available. I loaded a ogre earlier when I first had the chance ,but haven't been able change it or anything about it since . My soldier has no problem changing loadouts(weapons,skills,or perks)
